Refund Policy

Refunds will be made at the discretion of ICO³. We will refund your payment if you do not receive your requested product or service within a reasonable time or if the product you recieve is not satisfactory.

Delivery Policy

In the unlikely event that your product will need to be posted we will inform you of when the delivery will be made and agree with you a suitable rate of postage for the item before payment is made. Should you wish to return the item for reasons other than that it is broken, we will accept it in its original condition and offer a refund. You will be required to pay for the cost of the return postage.

Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise specified in a separate contract, ICO³ require 30 days cancellation for any services which are invoiced over a time period (eg: monthly or yearly). Should you wish to cancel any service please contact our customer services department on 01752 764400.

Access and Use

You can use the Services for your own private or business use, but not for any unlawful purpose. You acknowledge that we may at any time without notice withdraw the Services or your access to them. These terms may be varied from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on this page and by continuing to use the Services you will be considered to have accepted them.

Our Responsibility

You accept that it is your responsibility to check the accuracy and completeness of any material on the Services and that we will have no liability to you for any reliance you place on that material.

Monitoring

The Services are operated by ICO³. We shall be entitled, but shall be under no obligation, to remove any material at any time at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

This Agreement is deemed to have been made in England and is governed by English law. Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be referred to the English Courts.

In using these services, you agree not to copy or duplicate any services provided here for your own commercial purposes.
