THE CHALLENGE
Beaux Cadeaux had been trading in Plymouth City Centre since September 2006 and had not had any experience or successes selling online and were sceptical about online retail as a result from overpromise and under delivery from a previous e-commerce company.

THE SOLUTION
We identified several changes that needed to be made in order to successfully grow their online brand. One of the biggest changes was the need for a working e-commerce website aimed at their target market. All existing inventory had to be re-categorised and every single item required a new description.
THE RESULT
ICO3 immediately began listing for visibility on eBay and Amazon with some early successes and their new website launched in May 2012. For a brand-new website and largely due to a targeted SEO campaign sales have started to show that with momentum and in time, we are confident that the e-commerce strategy that has been identified will grow their online brand and sales dramatically.
