In 1997 our team of researchers in the University of Plymouth were undergoing a variety of innovative web development projects to assist teaching and
learning and help businesses adapt to technical change.
In 2000 the University created ICO3 as a spin out company and we moved to Tamar Science Park in 2001. Since then have shown compounded business
growth despite a huge recession and a rapidly growing web development industry. We currently operate an impressive portfolio of websites in both the
