TRETHEWEY BSc - SUPPORT
Simon Trethewey has a degree in Multimedia, Production and Technology from the University of Plymouth and looks after our support and communications - this
includes creating a reliable hosting architecture as well
as ensuring our KPIs and SLAs are achieved for support services.
Simon is responsible for checking the reliability of our website
hosting architecture, back-up strategy, implementing our email
and telephone communication policies and for ensuring any
support calls are handled quickly and effectively.
Simon is assisted by Vanessa Gadd who is our front line for business administration and communications and Caroline Burnitt who is our accounts clerk.
