ICO3 have been operating as a limited company in Plymouth since 2001.    We have watched the Internet grow and change and along the way have developed a deep understanding of how customers use websites and how they find them.   We excel at:

We produce websites for a wide variety of clients and businesses - everything from  small business websites and hosting solutions to bespoke programmes for larger national organisations.  

Close links to the UK academic sectors are an important part of our business - we provide web technologies to University bodies throughout the UK - including Action on Access, Gees, Help-Cetl, ALDinHE, TechDis, SEDA and the University of Plymouth.

Partly owned and fully supported by the University of Plymouth,   the business is managed by David Gadd and Nicola Bonning.  David manages all aspects of programming,  technical expertise,  company PR and product development.  Nicola manages customer liaison, quality control,  business process and human resources.    Two non-executive directors advise the company on technical aspects (Neil Witt) and human resources (Mark Stone).
