We guarantee to complete agreed changes within one working day. If we do not get these changes done in that time you get them for free. Our only condition for this guarantee is that we must first accept that the changes can be done - in other words we can only guarantee work which we have said we can complete. In rare and excpetional circumstances we might not be able to complete the changes immediately - in which case we will inform you of when the changes can be done.

Tracking System

All changes are reqested and accepted though our unique tracking system. This enables you to submit the request for changes, upload any associated documents and await confirmation that we can complete the work. Once work is completed the invoice for the work and any sign off notes will be kept with the original request and the job will be closed by you once you are happy with the work.

Set Charges
